Ampersand’s invitation was straightforward: come work with us for a month. No set schedule. No predefined deliverables. Just space to create alongside one of the most interesting studios in Latin America.

What We Did

We spent the first week in observation mode: watching how Ampersand works, getting to know its internal culture. The following three weeks were all about open collaboration: a joint brand identity piece, two motion graphics projects, and a risograph zine with a limited run of 200 copies.

The City as Inspiration

São Paulo is a city you simply can’t ignore. Its scale, its noise, and its radical cultural mix found their way directly into our work. There are pieces from this residency that we haven’t published yet—and probably never will.
